Handmade Scarf #15 - black neon rainbow 8" x 60"

A one-of-a-kind scarf was crocheted by my Aunt Judy.  This v-pattern scarf is a very vibrant colored scarf with neon colors that are set off by the crisp black.  Lightweight and cozy - perfect for winter!
