Refund/Return Policy

Items cannot be returned once they are purchased.  We only issue replacements or credits for manufacturer defects.  Items that have a manufacturer defect must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or credit. Please email pictures of the manufacturer defect to to request a replacement or credit.  If a replacement is not available, a credit will be issued if it was reported within the 3 days of delivery time frame.
